1. Return Conditions

Firearms

  • No Returns: Firearms cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • Damaged or Defective Firearms: If you receive a damaged or defective firearm, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Provide details and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including issuing a replacement or refund if necessary.

Non-Firearm Products

  • Products must be in new, unused condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Ammunition cannot be returned.

Timeframe

  • You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an eligible non-firearm item.

2. Return Process

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping: Package the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the following address:

  4. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Canceled Orders

  • Orders canceled by the buyer, or by us due to the failure to provide the required FFL (Federal Firearms License), will incur a 5% restocking fee.
  • Suppressor orders that are canceled by the buyer after the ATF Form 3 has been initiated will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • It is your responsibility to provide the necessary FFL information for shipping a firearm. If we do not receive the FFL details within 7 days of purchase, the order will be canceled.

4. Refunds

Refund Eligibility

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Timeframe for Refunds

  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange a non-firearm product for the same item, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.
